Site 4. InterstellART.

Yesterday I visited an opening art exhibition “The Major Arcana” on interstellART with Fracticularium “Golden Gravity” by Asmita Duranjaya. I received the invitation at SLArt group and couldn’t miss my opportunity to see what’s going to happen. Here’s a short report on what I’ve witnessed there and who was present.

The performance took place at an exo-planet dedicated to interstellar art, which is maintained by cyber-artist Asmita Duranjaya. As far as I was the first one to arrive, I was able to see Asmita herself, sitting in the chair at the stage and silently settling last issues with dancing Venus.

Soon guests started to arrive at the performance. Hypnotic moves of a girl, who was moving in a very dignified and aesthetic manner, charmed, relaxed and calmed. With every graceful move of the dancer, the ambient music filled the soul. Just listen to the piece of it, while reading.

Oh, Goddess!

Venus danced slowly, her moves were totally feminine in every way, but not seductive. Slowly twirling, creeping, curling…sweeping, drooping… Sophisticated particles soon filled the space, bursting from the backstage. Asmita was very patient and checked if everyone sees the right forms.

The spectacular view has truly intrigued the guests. I can’t mention their refined looks.

My eye was caught by Mareea Farrasco, patiently staring the stage. Not only her photography inspired me, I also admitted her profound director’s works.

Kyoko, renowned artist, can undoubtedly inspire the indifferent to reach beyond mediocracy with the stunning help of posture and tempting appearance of geisha.

Merit Coba is another person to discover, especially if you are interested in SL exhibitions. I sincerely adored the way she describes various works of art and galleries.

Agnes Leverton looked gorgeous in her shy dress! Eventually, all famous models do! You can check her updates there in order to find out what to wear at the next show.

Aloisio Congrejo posted an amusing video, Cafe de l’Art. It’s just 2 weeks old and devoted to his art installation, to which you can teleport clicking this link.

Literally walking on the water!

When I entered the gallery, my mind was still concentrated on dancing golden spirals, slowly diffusing in the air and the audience sitting on the top of the columns.

By this time some new people added to the crowd. The cards were displayed chaotically over the labyrinth of the corridors and I found myself wandering, staring the endless meanings of their readings … and got lost. Finally, I was hidden in the shadows of my sociophobia. I took some pictures of attendances, some were the creators of cards, presented at the exhibition.

A boho designer Louly Loon gave Asmita a hug. She was emanating such a cosy vibe! I strongly recommend buying some of her creations, if you are currently settling your home.

Aneli Abeyante an owner and art director of La Maison d’Aneli (Aneli’s Gallery) could be found right near the drinks, contemplating on the Hanged Man. (I could have made a mistake, so please in case of, let me know).

Fuyuko Amano is depicted sitting in front of the Hierophant card, still, she told me that she created the Hermit and the Death. I asked her for the interview and she didn’t refuse. However, I decided not to disturb anyone with further questions.

Barret Darkfold is sitting between his oil painted the Wheel of Chance and the Judgement. I couldn’t have imagined that he actually has an RL site with REAL paintings!

I am so grateful to Asmita for her art and invitation to this opening. I have discovered so many beautiful artistic people. Many thanks!

Site 3. DiXmiX Gallery.

Today I found myself gazing at other avatars while the gallery opening Mistero Hifeng at DixMix. After the third advertisement hitting me through the various group announcements I found myself standing there. The emotional background was pretty same as depicted at the featuring pic. I started to sense the existence of the snobby ghost, fueling my ego and anticipating a full-scale invasion into my subconscious, which I was chasing to the main hall until it vanished and slowly transformed to a fog.

The attractive message, which baited me, shouted through all group channels:

“His highly distinctive and trademark mesh avatars and compositions, which often appear to be fragmented or broken — sometimes even shattered, with pieces flying away into space — were originally produced as material for his own photography, but here they stand side by side, and have become over time no doubt better known than their two-dimensional counterparts.”

Here’s whom I saw first. I think it was the author of the words, I have just cited, but i may mistaken.

I was totally disoriented, finding self in unexpected, crushing perceiving templates place. Was my avatar shuttering into the pieces like those depicted lovers? I was pretty afraid of such a public deconstruction and decided to hide on the second floor in order to observe the situation from the perspective view. The avatar radar didn’t show a huge list like at some sort of SLO bargains. This made me feeling relaxed. Soon I admitted someone nearby. Just about 3-4 people. Is this gorgeous creature an artist too?

The guy in glasses is aldiladeisogni, he is a photographer, btw. He was followed by a very attractive lady goorgoor, whom I couldn’t stop looking at. They were pretty teamed, both had the same avatar picture. I concluded that it was a couple, visiting an art exhibition. While heightening of the graphic rendering settings I admitted the line in site’s audio stream. It stated: “Now playing: Dima – Barto Studio: Mirazh“. (44.44 at the track) Just tuning you in the atmosphere…

The attention started focusing on the avatar’s appearances rather than works of art. I am not sure if the mysterious guy at the photo was the same as one wearing the glowing mask. I wished I could concentrate on his blonde (agent, wife, acquaintance???), but her ultra-new avatar didn’t want to rezz at my viewer, so I captured him and propose to solve the puzzle if it’s the same mysterious person.

Well, I decided to try a paparazzi role at the event. Didn’t they come at the opening, wearing the latest fashion garments and jewelry in order to be shot, did they? So here is a glamorous Bellavista Eisman, whom, unfortunately is a complete stranger to me. Maybe she’ll comment on a photo and we’ll find out something particular about her activities. I presumed that she could have been one of models, portrayed in the works of exhibited art.

Does the leather dress belong to Andy Burroughs, doesn’t it? I couldn’t capture her face, so blame me, cause you missed not only its beauty, but awesome stylish garments worn on her neck and arms) I found out then, that she is a photographer too, owning  Psycho Candy Gallery.

I am grateful to my friend Nabrej Aabye for a walk over the halls, followed by a professional discussion. I thank him for a company and critical discourse on the works of art exhibited this time at DixMix. Posting his picture near the sculpture, which he considered to be the most capturing one’s imagination.

Gem Preiz (whom I contacted later and found out that he’s an outstanding artist) had been looking vacantly at the wrecking LOVERS, while I had been sincerely adoring the real ones. Now let’s vote who was better, the sculptures or attendees?

Site 2. A garden.

I feel that playing SL reminds me of conscious dreaming.

This look is about such state of mood when you can hardly understand what is going on around. Still, you manage to navigate through this weird reality inhabited by millions of artworks.

A pic symbolizes the jump from the old human form to the cyber representation of the self. Unfortunately, I feel uncomfortable even in company of avatars, so it’s not a secret that I prefer to choose places where my Avatar Radar says no one can be detected nearby. This abandoned circus was one of that sites, where I could play dangerous games in complete loneliness: http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Ecstacy%20Paradise/73/202/47
